Dental Exam: It is a review of the medical history, diet, homecare, chief complaints, clinical extra-oral and intra-oral evaluation of the patient.
Dental Images: Intra-oral and extra-oral pictures taken using radiation.
Dental Prophylaxis: Cleaning and polishing surfaces of the tooth with hand instruments, flossing, electric rotary instrument or sonic scaling.
Topical Fluoride Varnish: A topical agent used to destroy bacteria, adheres to the tooth surface and absorbs into the enamel structure to strengthen teeth.
Sealants: A composite resin applied to the grooves and pits of healthy back teeth to provide a barrier.
Anesthesia: Medication administered topically or by injection.
Nitrous Oxide Administration:Nitrous oxide and oxygen are mixed and inhaled through a small mask that fits over the nose to help relaxation.
Composite Fillings: A resin based material used to fill and replace decayed areas of teeth.
Pulpotomy: Pulpotomy is the removal of coronal pulp/tissue.
Anterior and Posterior Crowns: Anterior Crowns are tooth color esthetic crowns specially designed to replace structure lost due to decay or enamel/dentin defects on the anterior segment.
Posterior tooth color or stainless steel: Crowns placed on the posterior teeth to replace structure lost due to decay or enamel/dentin defects.
Exodontia (Extraction): Removal of tooth.
Space Maintainer: A fixed appliance used to maintain space from premature primary tooth loss.
Laser Therapy (Soft Tissue):Use of laser to re-shape and/or remove excess soft tissue.
Records: Extra-oral and intra-oral photographs, panoramic radiograph, lateral radiograph of the face and cranium, impressions of the top and bottom teeth, bite registration.
